AR Accountant en Madrid

Funciones: Manage and process accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and account statements.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
Provide support for month
end and year
end closing activities related to AR.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and concerns.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounts receivable operations. Requisitos: A successful AR Accountant should have:
A strong educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Spanish GAP, US GAAP & SOX
Proven record of team working
Capable to work in English and Spanish (Portuguese would be a plus)
Microsoft Excel skills
Previous experience with ORACLE
Effective communication skills and a customer
focused approach.
Knowledge of accounts receivable processes and best practices.
