JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In order to manage and grow their full range of product sales for Spain, they wish to recruit a Channel Sales Manager. The exciting job will include the following duties and responsibilities:
Primary focus is on channel management and business development
Develop business and build up distribution network based on company strategy and reach the sales target in Spain, as well as in other European countries of the territory
Manage sales projects and control the selling process
Prepare and negotiate sales contracts and agreements
Keep and improve relationship with the partners and customers;
Participate in public events and fairs to promote brand and products
Provide foresight recommendation for future development, such as new market development, new product design;
Collect and provide market/customer requirements, competitors’ information, etc
Utilize team members including post-sale delivery professionals, pre-sale technical professionals, and management to achieve business objectives.
CANDIDATE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND PROFILE
At least 5 years sales experience in Software/Integrated Solution, Intelligent Hardware, banking self-service terminal sales, ATM sales and/or bank IT related experience preferred
Extended experience in direct and channel sales and customer relationship development & management;
Strong negotiation, aggressive sales spirits and skills
Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated
Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
Based in Madrid, Barcelona, or other location which is accepted by the company
Master MS Office Word, Excel and Power Point;
Willing to accept and learn new things.
