The position:

As part of our growth, we are looking for a dynamic, energetic and passionate Community Growth Assistant to join our Marketing team, for Spain and Portugal based in Madrid.

You will be a key player in our community division, developing and engaging with our current and new content creators.

You will grow and animate our database according to the specific needs that our brands will have.

Your missions:
Sourcing of new profiles that might potentially join our content creators community.
Relation and campaign management with macro-influencers profiles in order to raise awareness about our brand.
Campaign creation within our influencers to increase Skeepers’ notoriety among content creators and enhance loyalty among our influencers.
Niche profile acquisition to answer our customers’ needs.
Content creation in order to educate our community and improve their user experience.
Mailing campaigns as part of our acquisition strategy.
Tracking and report of all the actions launched with KPIs follow-up.
Requirements

You’re the ideal person if:
You are passionate about influencer marketing and social networks.
You are an excellent communicator both written and spoken.
You are familiar with email marketing tools.
You are a data-driven person, knowing how to efficiently measure the performance of the actions you launch.
You are native in Spanish, and you have and advanced level of English or French
