Position: Customer Support Agent
Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type: fixed term (6 months) with possibility of extension / permanent contract
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide responsive and professional support to business customers across communication platforms (Phone, Email, Chat).
Assist clients with account-related queries, including identity verification and account information confirmation.
Adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal procedures as directed by the client.
Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions tailored to customer needs.
Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer interactions, maintaining client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and updates in internal systems.
Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and share best practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native / fluent in Spanish (C2) both verbal and written. Fluent in English (C1 level)
Minimum of a High School diploma.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, with a strong customer-centric approach.
Consistent work history with demonstrated stability.
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative team spirit.
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with strong multitasking abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.
Proficiency with automated customer support tools and platforms (preferred).
Ability to analyze problems, think critically, and resolve issues independently.
Friendly, professional, and proactive approach to customer service.
Experience across various industries such as retail, banking, or general customer support is beneficial.
Comfortable working in rotating shifts and full-time on-site schedules.
Adaptable and flexible to changing procedures, technologies, and customer expectations.
