Job Summary
As a Devops Engineer you will get an opportunity to understand the client business requirements and contribute to the design concentrate on the pure technical solution learn new technologies implementation of Web development and working in agile environment.
Responsibilities
Primary Skills (Must have) - Azure (Devops )
You will become an active member of the Java Competency team that works closely with other disciplines/roles. You are T-shaped professional and responsible for the whole life cycle of in-house or packaged applications according to development/test standards and corporate architecture policies including security and data privacy guidelines.
- Azure DevOps CI/CD experience
- IAC (Terraform Ansible Azure ARM .)
- Cloud Knowledge (Preferible Azure AWS)
- Pipelines (Azure DevOps Gitlab Github actions)
- Scripting (Preferible PowerShell Python Golang Bash)
- Experience with DevOps concepts including Continuous Delivery Infrastructure as Code and Test-Driven Development.
- Backend development (Java .NET)
- Containers (Docker kubernetes OpenShift)
- A minimum of 5 year of experience in Application development and devops role
- Knowledge /Experience working in distributed agile (Scrum + DevOps) model
- Azure DevOps CI/CD experience

Architecture knowledge
- Lead the design implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Oversee the automation of infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior DevOps engineers.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment processes.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation for DevOps processes and procedures.
- Optimize build and release processes to improve efficiency and reduce deployment times.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of existing systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance the DevOps practices.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
- Ensure the scalability and performance of the infrastructure to support growing business demands.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Azure DevOps with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Have experience in the Drilling and Development domain which is a nice to have.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Exhibit strong communication skills in Spanish both written and verbal.
- Show proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell Python or Bash.
- Have a solid understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Display knowledge of infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
- Be familiar with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus Grafana or ELK stack.
- Understand networking concepts and protocols to ensure secure and efficient communication.
- Show experience with version control systems like Git.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid work model and manage time effectively.
- Exhibit a proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies.
- Have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that drive business success.
Certifications Required
Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification is required. Additional certifications in cloud technologies or DevOps practices are a plus.
