Ecommerce Brand Manager

Acquiring, operating and growing great brands online is core to our business model. We are looking for a motivated eCommerce Brand Manager, who will lead all activities related to the brands under his/her supervision.

Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, this role requires a track record of growing sales on Amazon and solid experience with Amazon Seller Central as well as D2C webstore sales (Shopify, Prestashop, Woocommerce...). Our eCommerce Brand Managers are in charge of planning strategies, managing resources and coordinating different stakeholders to successfully execute Growth initiatives across multiple marketing channels (Amazon Ads, Social Ads, SEM, SEO, Social Media, CRM, Marketing Automation, Affiliate Marketing, Influencers...) for several brands.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and possess experience coordinating external agencies, analytical abilities, exceptional communication skills, is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with conflicting priorities. We are a fast-growing although still small team, so we all get our hands dirty everyday, regardless of seniority or position. This is a senior role that requires management skills, but you will be expected to get things done as well as to manage others tasks.

This is a 100% remote position.

Responsibilities
Ownership of your Brands P&L and performance KPIs.
Drive Growth of a set of the brands in Recontours portfolio.
Optimize and implement each brand’s strategy (Brand Identity, Buyer Persona, Customer Journey...) to high performance (Growth channels, budget allocation, campaign planning...).
Create, launch and iterate brand campaigns, including concepts, objectives, and execution tactics across digital channels.
Define, drive, measure and report KPIs for all campaigns and digital channels.
Manage external agencies and internal resources to support campaign execution.
Develop tools and processes needed to measure ROI across all marketing initiatives.
Own product and marketing mix (product, advertising, pricing, logistics, etc..) and redesign, modify or fine-tune it to ensure objective achievement.
Champion our data-first approach to marketing, always looking for more meaningful ways to engage with our consumers.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the consumer journey as well as the market, and adapt and change strategy and tactics dynamically based on the evolving competitive

Requirements

Required qualifications
Bachelors Degree or MBA in Marketing or related field
Track record of growing sales of online native brands across ecommerce platforms.
Background of eCommerce brand management.
Excellent communication and selling skills with the ability to share big ideas and get people on board, internally and externally.
Analytical grounding and thought process in order to both prioritize opportunities and evaluate the performance of marketing efforts.
A highly entrepreneurial spirit and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to focus and thrive under minimal guidance
Ability to define key marketing KPIs and break them down into their underlying drivers to understand and influence performance from first principles
Ability to setup and run A/B testing and segmentation, with the ability to analyze test result data to tease out learnings and insights to inform future testing
Desirable qualifications
Experience executing Amazon Advertising campaigns.
Experience launching and developing Affiliate programs.
Experience with social media advertising, SEM and influencer marketing.
