¿What will your mission be?
The position is for Corporate Headquarters, a strategic position as Ecommerce Specialist and has a transversal function that will manage teams in Latam and Europe in 7 countries.
Responsibilities & functions:
Support in the creation, definition, execution, and control of the companys digital business plan together with the Digital & Ecommerce Manager.
Management of the strategic plan for e-commerce.
Optimize the user experience (professional, consumer, etc.) through the design and implementation of the digital customer/consumer journey.
Corporate ecommerce project manager: Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation through new business opportunities.
Management of KPIs to improve results.
Coordination with partners the implement of digital marketing strategies such as: social media campaigns, e-mailing marketing, SEO, SEA, etc.
Oversee the day to day running of ecommerces and websites by upgrading content and design, monitoring analytics and testing for improvements/issue.
¿What will make you successful in this position?
Experience minimum 3 years in a similar position.
Degree in Marketing, Ecommerce, ADE or similar.
Proactive and independent with excellent project management skills.
Strong eCommerce background, good presentations management and “selling” skills (internal sales).
Innovative approach, solution-oriented approach, efficient.
Proficiency in English.
Valuable master in ecommerce or digital marketing.
