El/la Ejecutivo/a de Ventas Corporate sera responsable de la captacion, gestion y fidelizacion de cuentas corporativas, con el objetivo de maximizar los ingresos por alojamiento y servicios asociados (restauracion, salas de reuniones, eventos corporativos) , garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales y fortaleciendo el posicionamiento de la cadena hotelera en el segmento Business Travel. Requisitos: Requisitos: Minimo 2 anos de experiencia en puesto similarConocimiento solido del mercado corporate y de los procesos de contratacion hotelera. Experiencia en negociacion de tarifas, contratos y gestion de RFPs. Aunque no es imprescindible, se valorara el conocimiento del CRM SalesforceCapacidad de analisis de datos comerciales y KPIs. Disponibilidad para viajar segun necesidades del puesto. Ingles nivel alto (hablado y escrito) – Se valoraran otros idiomas (Frances) Responsabilidades principales: Prospeccion, captacion y desarrollo de nuevas cuentas corporativas a nivel local, nacional e internacional. Gestion activa, ya sea de manera presencial o telematica (Telemarketing) y fidelizacion de la cartera de clientes corporate asignada. Garantizar un alto nivel de satisfaccion del cliente y promover relaciones a largo plazo. Apoyo en acciones comerciales internacionales, colaborando en la gestion de cuentas globales y campanas coordinadas con equipos comerciales de otros paises. Participacion en iniciativas internacionales de captacion y desarrollo de negocio, incluyendo acciones conjuntas con partners, TMCs y cuentas multinacionales. Se valorara: Experiencia previa en cadenas hoteleras internacionales o entornos multi
- hotel. Conocimiento del segmento MICE y grupos corporativos. Red de contactos en empresas, agencias de business travel o TMCs.
