Funciones: We are looking for staff for our 2026 season. It´s mandatory: At least 2 years experience in fine dining restaurants. English (other lenguajes will also be appreciated) Strong customer service skillsJUST CANDIDATES WITH REFERENCESWe offer acommodation near to the restaurant. Responsibilities : ? Lead by example and ensure high quality service at all time? Double check your team performed opening duties and filled up the stations as perthe standards? Perform opening and closing duties? Perform set up of the restaurant and organize and fill stations before service? Greet and possibly welcome the guest? Explain menu to detail and provide allergies information (if customer request) ? Suggestive upselling? Introduce food when served to guest? Clean table, replace plates and silverware whenever needed? Keep friendly atmosphere at all time?
