You will own the design of the HR Strategy Development and Execution, including collection of business requirements, HR maturity assessments, design of the desired target portfolio and operating model. Design the strategic workforce plan for HR (right size, right shape, right capabilities, right cost, right location), co-own and track defined actions in accordance with the strategic workforce plan across HR. Manage Solution and Project Portfolio for entire HR. Own the annual HR Budget planning process, track and report mid-year actuals vs. plans. On an as needs basis this role will also focus on Program Management for global HR / Enterprise programs.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Responsible for HR Strategy with all related elements, program management of the execution and definition of a Strategic Workforce Plan for HR and tracking of related actions
Responsible for business unit and cross-divisional portfolio management and enterprise-wide portfolio process management
Manage the Sandoz HR solutions portfolio as basis for making further investment decisions
Define and direct business portfolio plans - manage investments, capacity, and planning for key strategic projects in alignment with HR / BU priorities
Perform project reviews and ensure project management best practices takes places for all engagements, mitigating risks, and effectively communicate with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify demand, ensure execution and deployment of business solutions
Own annual HR Budgeting process and track and manage deviations of actuals vs. target
Lead the strategic aspects of large engagements including reviewing and managing high-level deliverables within programs and across business units
Minimum requirements

What youll bring to the role:
Bachelors Degree is required. Masters Degree in business discipline/ MBA is preferred
Excellent oral & written communication in English
Relevant and adequate experience in the field of human resources/ program management which includes strong project management / managing multiple senior stakeholders across various functions & geographies
Proven experience in leading people and organization programs/ initiatives at scale
Demonstrated business acumen, strategic thinking, analytical and organizational skills
Track record of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across a highly matrixed organization and consulting skills
Highly organized, capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing competing requests / projects
Proven ability to influence others without having positional authority
