Junior Account Manager (Russian and English Speaker)

They are looking for new members to join them in their journey in their Barcelona hub.

Your responsibilities and impact as a Junior Account Manager will be:

• Manage relationships with medium – large sized publishers
• Optimise advertising placements, website layouts and advising publishers on how to scale revenues
• Conduct active business development for new publishers
• Stay on top of industry trends and providing website and data analysis on a continuous basis
• Prepare financial and data reports
• Attend tradeshows around the world

Skills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• Native Russian and Proficient English
• Previous experience in an advertising network is highly advantageous
• Communication and client relationship skills
• Critical-thinking and basic mathematical skills
• A passion for new digital innovations
• Strong negotiation abilities
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team, in a fast-paced environment
