Responsabilidades principalesEn coordinacion con la Direccion Comercial Corporativa, definicion e implementacion de la estrategia comercial para grandes cuentas internacionales en los segmentos Corporate y MICE. Identificacion, captacion y desarrollo de cuentas clave con presencia multinacional o global (Corporaciones multinacionales, Consortia, TMCs) . Requisitos: Exclusive agreements with different training and business schools What are we looking for? RequisitosExperiencia minima de 5
- 7 anos en ventas hoteleras, con al menos 2
- 3 anos gestionando grandes cuentas internacionales o posiciones de responsabilidad. Experiencia demostrada en negociacion de RFPs globales, acuerdos multinacionales y cuentas estrategicas. Conocimiento profundo del segmento Business Travel y MICE a nivel internacional. Experiencia trabajando con TMCs globales (American Express GBT, CWT, BCD Travel, etc. ) tanto en el area de Corporate transient como en MICE. Alto nivel de interlocucion y capacidad de negociacion con perfiles senior. Manejo avanzado de CRM y herramientas de analisis comercial. Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel internacional. IdiomasIngles obligatorio (nivel muy alto, negociacion) . Valorable otros idiomas (frances, aleman u otros mercados estrategicos) .
