Experimental Beach is set amongst the picturesque Salinas natural park. The bar & restaurant is set on the beach, overlooking the sea where the sunset is one of the best on the island. The menu is inspired by the history and culture of the Balearic Islands, and the cocktail menu is a twist on what Experimental knows best : a touch of eccentric whimsy with a nod to the classics.
We are seeking a Kitchen Intern M/F to join our dynamic team at Montesol Experimental.
Your duties and responsibilities will be the following:
Assist in the food preparation process
Cook and prepare elements of high-quality dishes
Prepare vegetables, meats and fish
Support the Head Chef with deliveries and restocking
Clean kitchen stations
Maintain a high level of food quality, exceeding our guests’ expectations
Adhere to quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards
Apply all Health & Safety and food quality regulations Requisitos: To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude and skills that follow:
