Funciones: Duties and responsibilities:
• to prepare the misse en place
• provide an efficient food service according to the outlet the intern is working
• follow the supervisor instructions and learn our "know how"
• learn the recipes and be consistent in the production
• take care of the kitchen tools and materials
• participate in the daily work as the rest of the cooks Requisitos: • Fluent level of Spanish or English
• great working abilities and willing to learn Mediterranean and Catalan cuisine
• to be an independent worker
• be able to integrate in a multidisciplinary team and a gastronomic restaurant
• flexibility
• proactive and passionate by cooking
• no previous work experience is required
• Candidate must be eligible for getting Spanish Visa – NIE in order to perform the working agreement.
