Context of the position
The Management Assistant & Business Developer - Intern is integrated into the Management team in Madrid.
You will work closely with our top management, which consists of
, our Country Manager, and , our Head of Sales. The extended management team includes several team leaders in the Sales, Marketing and Quality departments. * Assist and support the Top Management in organizational and strategic tasks.
Selectra launched its operations in Germany in 2019 from its European headquarters in Madrid. Since then, the German team has been pursuing an ambitious growth plan and aims to become one of the leading market players over the next three years.
Outcomes to be accomplished

Outcome 1 : Driving forward the strategy for the German market
Inherent Task A : assisting top Management in organizing, planning and implementing the strategy for the German market
Inherent Task B : supporting the management in a variety of administrative tasks as well as high-level and complex projects
Outcome 2 : Supporting in the coordination of the Sales Team
Inherent Task A : increase the team motivation (organization of team challenges, planning of team events, etc.)
Inherent Task B : coordinating the administrative onboarding processes of new Sales Agents
Outcome 3 : Driving Business Development
Inherent Task A : growing our partner portfolio by identifying and prospecting potential new partnerships in the energy and telecom sector.
Inherent Task B : being involved in digital projects such as Ad Campaigns and Collective Bargaining Campaigns
Profile

You graduated or are currently studying at one of the best business or engineering schools and recognize yourself in the following:
You have an excellent command of written and spoken German
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel
Business-related degrees are a plus
