Funciones: - Analyze the daily performance of channels, markets, and segments to identify margin
- improvement opportunities and apply strategies accordingly.
- Monitor the evolution of CPC, CPA, actual ROAS, and marginal contribution with the marketing team.
- Execute margin strategies in Google Hotel Ads, Trivago, Kayak, Tripadvisor, and others.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on bidding strategies, automated rules, and segmentations based on demand signals, competition, and availability.
- Develop analyses on elasticity, marginal contribution, and profitability by market, goal, and segment.
- Implement and measure the impact of A/B tests (bidding changes, formats, exposures) to validate hypotheses together with the marketing team.
- Ensure data integrity in analytics tools.
- Stay up to date on metasearch ecosystem trends, algorithm changes, and competitive strategies.
- Propose improvements in processes, tools, or workflows to increase operational efficiency.
- Research new formats or partners that can provide profitable volume. Requisitos: - 1
- 4 years of experience in areas such as Revenue Management, Performance Marketing, Metasearch, Hotel Distribution, or Data Analysis.
- Hands
- on knowledge of metasearch platforms such as GHA, Trivago, Kayak, Tripadvisor, Skyscanner, etc.
- Solid analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Excel/Sheets and BI platforms (Looker) .
- Knowledge of KPIs related to revenue, margin, and unit economics.
- Preferred: experience with feed management, RMS, booking engines, or bidding tools.
- Professional English.
- Analytical rigor, attention to detail, curiosity, and results orientation.
