On behalf of an international industrial company, Manpower is recruiting a Product Manager specialized in reactive polyurethane hotmelt adhesives for textile, flat and technical applications.
Funciones del puesto
· Define and execute product strategy in coordination with R&D, Technical Service and Sales.
· Lead product development, validation and launch activities.
· Act as technical reference during customer projects and sales engagements.
· Analyze market trends, competition and portfolio performance. Requisitos:
· Degree in Chemistry, Engineering or similar.
· Minimum 15 years of experience in reactive PU hotmelt adhesives.
· Background in product management, technical service and/or sales support.
· Fluent English; other languages valued.
· Availability to travel across Europe.
