On the heels of our recent $20M Series A round in Sept 2022, Cledara is seeking a Product Marketing Manager with strong product marketing chops in B2B SaaS with a desire to create a new category around how software is discovered, bought and managed in growing companies.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will:
Own the Jobs To Be Done for our target customers to be the subject matter expert on our buyers - who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria
Manage go-to-market launches, delivering high-quality messaging that communicates the value of new or enhanced functionality
Produce excellent content for customers and to enable sales — such as guides, live trainings, video scripts, tools, solution briefs, blogs and best practice articles
Be the in-house expert (buyers, influencers, competitors, industry, etc.) on Cledara features and benefits
Conduct consistent customer, market and product research that translates into actionable input for the Cledara business
You are experienced in managing SaaS pricing strategies and know how to analyze opportunities that maximize revenue, without adding complexity
Present to customers, prospects, sales, partners, and industry analysts on what makes Cledara powerful and unique
Requirements

About You:

You’re a strategic thinker with a bias for action. You are known as someone who just gets it done. You are a ‘solution-seeker’, not a ‘problem spotter’. You are empathic with a positive attitude. You love crafting positioning and messaging and enjoy simplifying complex concepts into compelling and buzzword-free messaging.

You have the deep curiosity to translate internal tribal knowledge into externally shareable narratives. You enjoy training and enabling sales and partners on new technologies. You thrive on being a market, customer, and product expert — so you can communicate the value of your companys offerings with confidence.

You love using research, analytics, and interpreting data to drive actions and plans. You have a hunger and drive to succeed, and are a great team player that enjoys working with others to achieve exceptional team results.

What skills and experience do we look for?
Fluent/native English speaker.
Minimum 5+ years of product marketing experience, including ~3 years in a fast-paced B2B SaaS company.
An amazing collaborator and someone who is passionate about helping growing businesses become more efficient and successful
You’ve collaborated with other teams (sales, product, success and support) to help them reach their objectives
A be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer
Excellent people and management skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties
A growth mindset with a results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating)
Experience working with data and excited to use it to drive decisions
High level of curiosity: You are very interested in learning and discovering new things and have sharp ideas to improve and optimize current processes and tools
