Project Quality Leader

Job Description:
Mission
The position is responsible for Build robust specifications & quality commitment, Deliver promised quality level,
Sustain Customer Satisfaction, Maximise Project Efficency
Main responsibilities
 Guarantee that the Voice of the Customer is well collected and analyzed to provide robust and ranked
customer requirements to the project team and ensure that all customer requirements are well considered
from Open to Close
 Manage the Quality plan: the quality plan highlights actions to mitigate risks on offer quality and optimize
project efficiency
 Assist the Project Manager on project management process
 Process tailoring (Innovate, Waterfall, BLMP…), animation, project risk management, lessons learned and
decision-making
 Coaches the team on methods and quality tools
 Secure the post-project life
 Lead the transfer to all actors involved in the next phases
 Manage risks on parts and product manufacturing process toward Quality goals
 Evaluate and follow up the criticality of the parts of the offer
 Challenge suppliers on Quality achievement
 Define and set up the Quality tools for reaching the Quality goals of manufacturing parts and products
 Insure the manufacturing process qualification for Quality goals achievement
 Insure good transfer of Quality files to suppliers and plants (Evolution files – Process Control Plan)
Qualifications and experiences
 BS in Electrical, mechanical or in industrial engineering.
 Demonstrated knowledge of statistical, analytical, and engineering concepts.
 Capable of executing, leading, and facilitating FMEA, 8D
 Change Agent with strong Influencing Skills
 Strong Communication Skills
 Strong Project Management Skills
 Strong Team Leadership Skills
 Fluent in English
 Open to travel
