We are seeking for an experienced Real Estate Project Manager that will be responsible for the overall technical management of the buildings of the Spanish Portfolio, working on specific projects of redevelopment and refurbishment, respecting timing, costs and quality levels.

Analysis, planning, administration, programming, design, construction and management to ensure that all the Real Estate projects are completed according with the budget will be only a part of the activities that the Project manager will follow.

The ideal candidate will be responsible in particular of the following activities:

Development and monitoring refurbishment projects considering complex aspects such as permits (changes of use, conventions, implementation plans), planning-related or construction-related;

Perform feasibility analyses and monitor Technical Due Diligence, related to property acquisitions;

Create, coordinate, and follow up, together with the Property and the Asset Manager, the 3Y Capex Plan for the Spanish Portfolio.

Work in synergy and collaborate with other functions within the Spanish branch and with the Regional functions located in the headquarters of the Company in order to respect the delivery of project;

Coordinate the external team to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules;

Management of the projects and sites, ensuring the execution of the works in compliance with the parameters of cost, time, quality and safety, as well as energy efficiency and sustainability;

Execute and implement the operational procedures in line with technical requirements and energy-saving policies set by regulations;

Technical evaluation of technological interventions, plant building and space planning activities or any changes required on the buildings;

Ensure that all the projects are aligned with the ESG requirements and respect the sustainability parameters defined by the strategy;

Conduct market research to define contractors and coordinate them in each phase of the projects;

Supervise the accuracy of the project documentation and up-to-date, including contracts, change orders, and project reports

Supervise compliance with all relevant regulations and standards;

Supervise that project deliverables meet quality standards and that client expectations are met or exceeded;

Keep updated the reporting and the technical documentation.

Must have:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field

Around 15 years of experience in Real Estate Project & Construction Management in the Spanish market.

Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong leadership, managerial, organizational and planning skills.

Familiarity with relevant legal and commercial matters.

Fluency in Spanish and English languages; other languages will be considered a plus.
