Collaborator on activities related to the project stated.
The candidate selected in this call will support the following research activities of the following objectives included in this R&D&i Project “Knowledge Generation” PID2022-136435NB-I00, funded by MICIN/AEI/ 10.13039/501100011033 and by “ERDF A way of making Europe”, EU:
- “O4. Efficient algorithms on CPU-GPU heterogeneous systems”
- “O6. Acceleration of metaheuristics with application to large-scale optimization problems in Computational Systems Biology (CSB)”
Specifically, the candidate will carry out support tasks for the implementation, evaluation and documentation of the High Performance Computing (HPC) algorithms designed in these two objectives.

Selection criteria (score out of 10 points)
- Experience in the field of the tasks to be performed will be considered, with the following selection criteria:
Academic record of the Bachelors Degree in Informatics (or equivalent degree), calculated in base 10, which will be multiplied by 0.25 to obtain the score in this section (max. 2.5 points)
Accredited work experience (through grant or contract) in software support and development in projects in the field of High Performance Computing (HPC) and/or large-scale data processing (1 point/year, max. 5 points)
Personal interview (max. 2.5 points), only in case that there is a difference of less than 2.5 points between the candidates who obtained the highest score
