What youll do
The role accountabilities include, but not limited to, the delivery of End to End Network Cybersecurity guidelines, security risk assessment across network domains and the definition of a new 5G Certification methodology.
The role implies frequent participation in internal and external forums (with Cybersecurity bodies) representing Networks Architecture team that will be fundamental to achieve their goals.
The role requires direct engagement with most of the teams in the Group Networks Architecture organisation and with Group Security teams to secure alignment with them in all the deliverables.
These are the key accountabilities:
To keep updated Network Security Risk assessment in alignment with Group Security and Network Engineering teams.
To deliver Network Cybersecurity Specification covering all the Network domains and keep it up to date and drive its adoption.
To deliver and keep updated Vodafone Network Cybersecurity requirements for our markets and network suppliers, in alignment with Group Security, by following up updates from any Cybersecurity bodies (e.g. NESAS, 3GPP, national security agencies).
To deliver new 5G Certification methodology by engaging with Group Security and taking active participation in ENISA forums.
Who you are
These are the main skills required:
Eexperience in a mobile operator environment in the fields of Mobile 2G/3G/4G/5G, RAN, Core, Cloud, Services, Cybersecurity.
Knowledge and expertise on Cybersecurity and in particular on the specific subjects related to Mobile Networks.
Knowledge of mobile network architecture (eg. RAN or Core).
Experience in presenting and interacting at senior level and representing Vodafone management in meetings and forums.
Decision-making skills with the ability to balance and resolve conflicts of interest.
Analytical skills (listening, questioning, challenging etc.).
Communication skills - able to understand and interact in both business and technical languages .
